I guess I am right to consider Kurt Cobain to be one of the most influential musicians in the history of music.
A true icon as the lead singer, guitarist, and primary songwriter for Nirvana and another tragic casualty of our time.
I can only imagine what it was like to witness a live performance as I didn’t get to see Nirvana perform in concert, but film of their Reading performance and Live At The Paramount in particular give a very good idea of the raw energy and power.
I have started to create art to a larger size giving scope for much more detailed portraits and this was a move in this direction and I have now created portraits of Kurt Cobain and Dave Grohl.
